Starting 2010 With a Giveaway!

It seems like it has been so long since I have posted on my blog. I hope all of you had a wonderful holiday and I sincerely wish the very best to you and your families in the New Year. 2010 has started off rather busy as we are getting our Spring line finished. I am so excited with some of the new designs so I thought I would share a few with all of you.

2009 was an amazing year for our burlap pillows, so we will still continue making those as well as some new designs in different fabrics. I would love to hear your comments so please leave a post.

Now that the holidays are over and we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel we thought it would be a perfect time for a giveaway. I love giveaways with a twist. Here it is… Tell me the most creative thing you did in 2009, I love to hear about how creative all of you are. I have decided to offer our Piano Recital 20"x20" pillow slip.
Here are just a few other new designs.

I hope the rest of your week is filled with love and laughter,

Love the burlap pillow designs! The most creative thing I did in 2009 was probably help my daughter with the total renovation of her first Condo ... definitely a labour of love ♥ :-)

Hmm... something creative I did... OOH! I know! I painted my kitchen cabinets, which then lead to the rearranging of just about everything else in my home!! (Don't know how THAT happens, but it always does... one change leading to many others...).

I love your pillow range and wish you much, much success in 2010! :)

Your pillow covers are simply swoon worthy! I love your designs. I'm not very creative, but in 2009 I attempted to decorate my apartment to look like it was in Paris (still at it).

Hi Michelle! I feel like I haven't "chatted" with you in so long! Hope all is well, and 2010 is being good to you so far!

That first pillow is beautiful! I also really like the Carte Postal one as well.

Hmmm....most creative thing I did in 09? Let's see....probably redoing my guest room and bath with some color. I'm afraid of color, so it really pushed me to my limits!

Thanks for offering such a wonderful giveaway! I've got my fingers crossed already!

I like the burlap pillow designs very much! I will say that I am not a very creative person, but this year I tried my hand at making homemade envelopes out of wallpaper, scrap book paper and old calendars. My 8 yr old and I also did some decorating with rubber stamps and glitter glue to liven up those plain white envelopes. Wishing you a wonderful 2010.

Well, I think that the most creative thing that I did was to paint and distress about 6 pieces of furniture......oh, and decorate the house for Christmas.
I love your new pillows and am now going to have to buy more !!!! XXXX

Michelle, Your pillows are just gorgeous and I would be very happy to win that beautiful pillow you are offering! Last year I decorated type trays and shadow boxes, altered bottles, made collages etc. but I don't know which project had been the most creative one. I had fun working on each of them.

Look at those gorgeous new pillows! I love them. Especially the big one! Nothing like a great big pillow to tuck under your head while watching t.v.

I would have to say the most creative thing I did in 2010 was create a website and brochure that allowed me to combine all of my websites in one place making it easy for new customers to find me.

Have a great day,

xo Cath

Such a fun giveaway idea. I was so happy to see that you had posted. I know you must still be crazy busy, but I'm so happy that things are so good for your business. It heartens me that we still make time for beauty even in these times of financial uncertainty.
Let's see...the most creative thing I did in 2009 was to create a gate in the garden from an old iron headboard. I love how inviting it looks and can't wait to have vines and roses growing over it this Summer.
hugs

Hi Michelle, first of all, I just LOVE all your cushions ... just purchased one last weekend from Cathy Penton's fabulous new shoppe, Simple Things Small Joys, in Highfields, Toowoomba,Queensland, Australia for my sister in law Rachelle as a birthday present. I have had such a busy year last year with work and family commitments but made a big decorative creative effort to put my huge collection of Christmas items up to make my house really festive. I also love sewing but have so little time to do anything these days but had a lot of fun making aprons (my latest sewing craze) by Taylor Made Designs for a few of my closest friends for Christmas. For a lot of the year, I love looking at all the beautiful bloggs around and making a New Year Creative List of must-do's!! I hope 2010 will be a much better creative year for me!! Thanks for your inspiration. From WendyW

I'm still obsessed with burlap! Love your pillow designs!

I would have to say that the most creative thing I did in 2009 was to organize my entire wedding in Paris myself, from 5,000 miles away. It turned out beautiful.

Hope your New Year is getting off to a new start.
